The hydrostatic testing machine for pipes is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB / t6111-2018 test method for internal pressure resistance of thermoplastic pipes for fluid transportation and GB / t15560 test method for hydraulic instantaneous explosion and pressure resistance of plastic pipes for fluid transportation. Technical features of hydrostatic testing machine for pipes:

① The equipment of the project can be controlled automatically without manual adjustment, which is convenient and quick.

② The equipment of the project is independently controlled by three solenoid valves, one of which controls the large flow of high-pressure liquid in the pipe, so as to achieve rapid pressure. One way to control the small flow of high-pressure liquid in the pipe and make up pressure slowly. There is also a slow way to relieve pressure. In this way, the shortcomings of small flow and slow pressure are changed, and the situation controlled by one way is completely changed, and the accuracy of test data is greatly improved.

③ The long preheating time is a common problem of this equipment in the industry. The equipment in this project adopts the constant temperature medium water to make the water in the high-pressure pipe and the water in the water tank soaked for a certain time, and the water temperature is the same, so that the test can save time and reach the ideal data.

④ The multi-channel sub control changes the situation of single control in the past and provides more test space for customers.

⑤ All test data are controlled by PLC, automatically set, self-determined calculation, all pressures have pressure maintenance, making the test data more accurate and stable.
